Rebekah is a Bundjalung, Darumbal and Wiradjuri woman, storyteller, and consultant. Her cultural connections are to Tweed Heads & Gold Coast, Central Queensland (near Rocky) and Western NSW. Although she grew up in Grafton and now calls the Valley home.
As a highly experienced facilitator and communicator, Rebekah brings cultural integrity, warmth and professionalism to every space she holds. Her work bridges the worlds of communications, governance, and social impact, working with communities and organisations across the country. She holds qualifications in Communications, Filmmaking & Business and has collaborated with government agencies, community organisations, and cultural leaders to support truth-telling, self-determination, and community transformation.

Nathan is a Gumbaynggirr, Bundjalung and Gamilaraay man who grew up on Awabakal Country in Newcastle. Nathan holds qualifications in Business and Leadership. He is a highly proficient speaker of Gumbaynggirr and teaches the language throughout his community.
With a career spanning 18 years, Nathan has held executive leadership positions in the First Nations not-for-profit sector, and positions in local and state government. Nathan’s professional journey has been dedicated to serving First Nations communities, focusing on advocacy, policy development, compliance, financial management & sustainability, employment, economic, development, and governance.

Brendalee is a proud Gumbaynggirr, Bundjalung and Gamilaraay woman who grew up in Newcastle and now calls Grafton home. She has over 12 years of experience in the public service and currently works with Transport for NSW. Her professional journey began with a Certificate III in Business Administration through the Northern Rivers Catchment Management Authority. Brenda is passionate about culture, wellbeing and community empowerment. She is committed to empowering young people to shape their own futures and honouring Elders through connection, care, and respect. Outside of work, she finds joy in travelling, hiking, and spending time by the ocean.

Kiarra is a Gumbaynggirr and Bundjalung woman living on beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country in South Grafton.
With 14 years working in the Aboriginal health space and a passion for improving
health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people. Kiarra holds a qualification in Indigenous Health Promotion and attributes her strengths to her willingness to listening deeply, displaying compassion and advocacy, building and maintaining strong relationships and always being led by Culture. As a proud Board Member, Kiarra is committed to advancing Berimbah’s vision of cultural continuity and economic opportunity.

Mariechen (Meek) is a proud Gumbaynggirr and Yaegl woman from the Clarence Valley and has called this beautiful region home all her life.
With over a decade of experience in administration with NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service, Mariechen brings strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting community. She is passionate about strengthening culture, creating opportunities for people to connect, learn and grow, and supporting initiatives that empower our people.
